Role Summary
We seek a qualified HR Personnel to support all human resource functions. This role involves coordinating with various departments to implement HR policies and support staff community.
Key roles:
✅Manage recruitment processes and staff onboarding
✅Manage employee records and HR documentation
✅Support performance management processes
✅Assist in implementing HR policies and ensure compliance
✅Support payroll processing and benefits administration
✅Foster a positive work culture
Key Qualifications
✅ Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field
CHRP is an added advantage
✅ 2+ years of experience in HR role
✅ Knowledge of Kenyan Labor laws and HR best practices
✅ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
✅ Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
✅ Excellent organizational and coordination skills
